DIRECTOR OF MEMBER ENGAGEMENT
Eric Behrends is a seasoned professional with a decade-long commitment to the stone countertop industry, where his passion for the craft has been the cornerstone of his success. His extensive experience has allowed him an innate ability to forge lasting partnerships and secure substantial business opportunities.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Eric is known for his commitment to innovation, a keen eye for industry trends, and a genuine love for the craft. Outside of work, he enjoys writing and performing music as a professional saxophonist and spending quality time with his family.
Ari Hartung
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Ari has years of experience in managing large-scale customer service operations. She spent more than a decade in customer-facing operations within luxury branded hotels. In the demanding 24-hour-a-day, 365 days-a-year hospitality world, she managed customer experiences for guests who expect and deserve the best.
Ari’s strengths include (1) focusing on customer priorities and needs; (2) identifying and analyzing the causes of operational inefficiencies; (3) creating and implementing quality business processes; (4) executing business plans; (5) ensuring adherence to business processes; (6) focusing on customer feedback and process improvement; and (7) identifying and developing talented customer service professionals.

MANAGER FOR STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
Maria J focuses on developing programs, strengthening partnerships, and creating initiatives that help members and vendors get the most value from their membership. She works across teams to improve processes, build meaningful connections, and ensure members have access to the resources and opportunities they need to grow.
Maria J is known for her collaborative mindset, creative problem-solving, and passion for building strong communities. She enjoys finding innovative ways to enhance the member experience while supporting the long-term growth of the organization.
Ynez Ganuelas
MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATOR
Ynez brings over eight years of experience in sales, marketing, and events management to her work supporting the stone and countertop fabrication community. Her background in communication, customer service, and relationship building helps her support members throughout their Rockheads journey.
As a trusted resource, Ynez guides member onboarding, supports the member portal, and assists with billing, payments, and ongoing account needs. She works closely with the Rockheads team to ensure every member has the tools, resources, and support to get the most from their membership.

Sheila Godinez is the Community Manager at Rockheads, where she focuses on building strong member relationships through clear communication and meaningful engagement. She supports the stone and countertop fabrication community by helping members stay informed, connected, and engaged through onboarding, CRM management, content coordination, and community initiatives.
